- Other information you choose to provide when communicating with us.
You are not required to provide personal information simply to browse the public portions of our website.

We may use Cloudflare Turnstile or similar security technology to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated or abusive traffic. These services may process technical information about your browser, device, network connection, and interaction with the website for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
2. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Receive, review, and respond to consulting inquiries;
- Communicate with you about a potential or existing business relationship;
- Evaluate whether Noble Labs may be able to provide requested services;
- Schedule or conduct follow-up discussions;

We may also use information for another purpose when you direct us to do so or when we provide appropriate notice and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
3. Please Do Not Submit Sensitive Information Through the Inquiry Form
The public consulting inquiry form is intended for initial business inquiries.
Please do not submit confidential research data, proprietary datasets, protected health information, patient information, passwords, credentials, controlled information, export-controlled information, or other sensitive or regulated information through the public inquiry form.
If a potential engagement requires the exchange of confidential or sensitive information, Noble Labs may establish an appropriate method for exchanging that information after initial contact and, where appropriate, after relevant confidentiality or contractual arrangements are in place.
Submitting an inquiry does not by itself create a confidential, fiduciary, professional, or client relationship.
4. How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information submitted through the Noble Labs consulting inquiry form.
We may disclose information to service providers that assist us in operating our website and responding to inquiries. Depending on the services in use, these may include providers of:
- Cloud infrastructure and website hosting;
- Content delivery and network services;
- Email delivery;
- Security and anti-abuse services; and
- Technical monitoring and maintenance.
For example, Noble Labs may use services provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host infrastructure and transmit inquiry emails, and Cloudflare to provide anti-abuse or website security functionality.
These providers may process information on our behalf or as otherwise described in their own applicable terms and privacy documentation.
We may also disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law or valid legal process;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Noble Labs, our users, or others;
- Investigate suspected fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- Enforce applicable agreements; or
- Facilitate a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including responding to inquiries, evaluating potential engagements, maintaining appropriate business records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and protecting our legal rights.
Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the information and our relationship with you.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our operational and legal requirements.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
However, no website, electronic communication, or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should therefore avoid submitting sensitive information through the public inquiry form.
7. Cookies, Security Technologies, and Browser Signals
Our website or the services supporting it may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are necessary for website operation, authentication, security, fraud prevention, or other functionality.
Security providers such as Cloudflare may also use browser or device signals to identify automated or malicious activity.
Browser-based “Do Not Track” signals are not currently governed by a universally accepted technical standard. Accordingly, our website may not respond to all Do Not Track signals.
We do not use information submitted through the consulting inquiry form for cross-context behavioral advertising.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and the laws applicable to Noble Labs, you may have rights concerning your personal information, which may include the ability to:
- Request access to personal information we maintain about you;
- Request correction of inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of certain information;

We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights available to you under applicable law.
9. Legal Bases for Processing Where Applicable
Where data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing personal information, we may process information:
- As necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, operating and securing our website, and managing potential or existing business relationships;
- To take steps at your request before entering into a contract;
- As necessary to perform a contract with you or your organization;

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent subject to applicable law.
10. International Visitors
Noble Labs is based in the United States. If you access our website or contact us from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions in which our service providers operate.
Those jurisdictions may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the consulting inquiry form. If we learn that such information has been submitted, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
Our website may contain links to websites, applications, or services operated by third parties.
Noble Labs does not control the privacy practices of those third parties. Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party's privacy practices and terms.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
